Camden Engagement Photography Preview

Had an awesome time capturing some images of Danny & Candace this past weekend. Here is a quick one I put together–for you camera folks: 28 images @ 85 mm f/1.4 stitched together. Even though it was sprinkling, this awesome couple didn’t mind holding onto each other while standing in freezing water. More to come!

Lazy Weekend

For those that don’t know, our dog Layla likes to unzip her bed and burrow into it daily. The 3 minutes or so it takes for her to do this is pretty entertaining. I still need to throw up a few pictures from our NYC trip last week, but I’m now going to enjoy the insanely gorgeous weather—who would’ve thought after the torrential downpour we had yesterday it would be so nice today? Off to Camden, TN later this afternoon to do an engagement session—really looking forward to finally meeting Candace & her fiance.

I recently had the opportunity to spend time with some really good friends of mine and couldn’t turn Chad down when he asked if I could make some images of his family. We were blessed with some extremely awesome weather & a serene setting just south of Chattanooga, TN. It really was a perfect Spring evening.

A Nashville Family – Samuelson

The last time I took pictures for the Samuelson family, their youngest (seen below) couldn’t even walk yet–it’s amazing how quickly children grow. Here are a few of my favorite images from our session at Centennial Park.

I will be making images of this guy every three months for the next year. It was great to finally meet the Gentry family and I am looking forward to recording the growth of their son in his first year of life. He is 5 days old in this series–amazing how small we all are when we’re brand new.
